| Extreme Hotel
Cape Town, which recently launched to wild applause, has a unique
food concept to complement this ultra social experience.
Surrounded by snow skis, surf boards and a swimming pool that runs
the length of the restaurant window, the Extreme restaurant is not
short of imagination! |
Internationally renowned culinary expert, Mary Rolph Lamontagne,
together with executive chef Jason, has introduced a whole new
meaning to the traditional burger. The selection of ground meats
and fish are prepped to perfection, filled with flavor and piled
high with surprising, mouthwatering tastes. Flavor, texture and
the unexpected are the words guests use to describe the Extreme
Hotel Cape Town burgers! The meat itself has a mixture of flavors
made up of spices and stuffings. The salsas and grilled extras
replace the regular tomato and lettuce garnishes - it promises to
be a delectable treat that is wildly satisfying. |
Priced to suit any pocket, diners get to choose a range of wild
deviation of the old burger - the menu boasts vegetarian and fish
options and culminates in a mega-exceptional 100% crayfish burger
partnered with Knysna Oysters! |
