We cater for both individuals and
groups up to 50 pax on the new Tigger 2 and can ensure privacy and
spacious comfort for all. The 53 foot Power Catamaran is equipped
with a large, spacious lounge which is also suitable as a dining
area, a bar, lounge for more smaller or special occasions,a
bar,ladies and gents facilities and 2 large sun decks.
We have a full catering facility on board and offer a wide variety
of catering ranging from simple snacks to a full 4 course dinner
for weddings or corporate functions. On Tigger 2 we are happy to
host guests on any of our regular boat cruises, and are willing to
discuss personalised private charters tailor-made to suit the
client's specifications. We pride ourselves on offering quality
personalised service on a variety of Cape Town boat cruises
including: Full Day Boat Charter, Deep Sea game Fishing, Sunset
Cruises, Crayfish, Dinner, Scuba Diving, Clay Pigeon Shooting,
Weddings, Corporate Function and a la carte dining.
STANDARD CRUISES:
Champagne Sunset Cruise: 1ｽ Hour Champagne Sunset Cruise
cruising the rugged Chapman’s Peak and the Sentinel before we make
our way to either Seal Island and the shipwreck in Maori Bay or to
Noordhoek beach and Kommetjie to watch the sunset. Guests will
experience exquisite sunsets whilst being waited on by our crew
who will pour Bubbly as guests snack on platters of Pat・and dry
snacks. Definitely for the more romantic at heart.
Snack Cruise: A 2 Hour cruise with sights of
rugged Chapman’s Peak as we round the Sentinel to cruise past Seal
Island to enjoy the antics of the seals before we make our way to
either the shipwreck in Maori Bay or along the coastline of
Chapman’s Peak to Noordhoek Beach. Platters of assorted savoury
snacks will be served en route.
Sightseeing Cruise: Departing from Hout Bay Harbour for a
3 hour sightseeing cruise along the rugged coast of Chapman’s
Peak, around the Sentinel to view the antics of the seals at Seal
Island, then further along the coast to view the looming shipwreck
in Maori Bay, past Sandy Bay to admire the sights both on and
around the beach and past Llandudno Beach to view the 12 Apostles
(route depends on the mood of the Captain).
Braai Cruise: Enjoy a bay cruise which departs from the
Hout Bay Harbour to cruise along the coastline of Chapman’s Peak
and around the Sentinel as we cruise past Seal Island where we’ll
stop to enjoy the antics of the Seals before we return to drop
anchor in front of the Beach or at the mooring to enjoy an onboard
barbecue. Menu consists of: Chicken Kebabs, Chops, Sausage, Salads
and Rolls.
Lunch or Dinner Cruise: Enjoy a scenic cruise which again
takes in the natural beauty of Chapman’s Peak as we round the
Sentinel to make our way to Seal Island to enjoy the antics of the
seals before cruising into Maori Bay to view the large shipwreck
and Sandy Bay before we drop anchor in the bay or return to the
mooring to serve the 3 course menu. Menu consists of: Assorted
Savoury Starter Platters, Fillet Steak or Fish and Salads,
Dessert.
Private Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise: This is a Private
Charter for one couple only. We set off on a romantic sunset
cruise serving Bubbly and a Pate platter with dry snacks as the
sun sets. This is followed by an extensive 4 course dinner on
board at a candlelit table covered in Rose Petals. An especially
romantic charter just for the 2 of you. Perfect for proposals,
anniversaries and special intimate occasions as this is the cr駑e
de la cr駑e of Romantic Cruises.
Crayfish Cruise: Departing from Hout Bay Harbour we hug
the coastline of rugged Chapman’s Peak before cruising past the
pristine shores of Noordhoek Beach en route to Kommetjie. Our crew
will then drop nets to catch the Crayfish as our guests relax and
enjoy the scenery. Our return cruise is via Seal Island to enjoy
the antics of the Seals before preparing a 3 course menu with the
fresh catch in front of the beach or at the mooring.
Full Day Cruise: Enjoy cruising the wild coast of
Chapman’s Peak and the Sentinel. Delight in the antics of the
seals off Seal Island and relax in the beautiful Maori Bay with
it’s large shipwreck before we continue along the shoreline past
Sandy Bay to view the sights on and around the beach, Llandudno
Beach followed by the 12 Apostles. We’ll anchor along the way to
serve the luncheon.
Bottom Line Fishing Cruise: We depart on a scenic cruise
from Hout Bay Harbour which affords scenic views of Chapman’s Peak
and the Sentinel as we make our way past Seal Island where we’ll
stop to watch the antics of the seals before we find a suitable
spot to drop anchor for guests to try their hand at catching some
of the local fish. Inclusive of rods, tackle and bait. Successful
fisherman have the option to grill their catch on the barbecue or
we can add on a braai menu for those who are not so confident of
their fishing skills.
Clayshooting Cruise: Depart from Hout Bay Harbour
for a scenic cruise as we make our way to the usual location at
the bottom of Chapman’s Peak. Once there, guests will be given the
opportunity to try their hand at some Clay Pigeon Shooting under
the supervision of a qualified, safety certified instructor with
all the equipment on board. Great fun for the slightly more
adventurous.
Deep Sea Fishing Cruise: Depart at sunrise to
travel 25-40 miles offshore for a full day of fishing in the deep
for Tuna (Yellow fin or Long fin) on a 28ft or 40 ft sportfishing
vessel. A truly exciting and sporting adventure for those who
seriously wish to experience Big Game Fishing and definitely not
for the fainthearted. Inclusive of a light luncheon and soft
drinks.
Wedding and Special Occasion Charters: Turn your
dreams into a reality. For those who are looking for a unique and
exceptional way to celebrate their special day, on Tigger 2 we
have successfully hosted a variety of weddings and receptions. We
cater for both the cost conscious and extravagant and for either
small intimate affairs or larger groups. We can offer a basic
charter that consists of only the hire of the vessel and a
marriage officer or a more extensive charter. |
